Open House for Home of the Innocents' Foster Program
ELIZABETHTOWN, KY, February 17, 2009 - First Federal Savings Bank invites
everyone to join Home of the Innocents for an Open House to learn how to become
a foster parent in the Therapeutic Loving foster Care (TLC) program.
Tuesday, February 24th, 5:00 - 6:30 PM

Elizabethtown, Kentucky
The public is encouraged to stop by First Federal at any time between 5:00
and 6:30 PM to speak to Home of the Innocents staff about the TLC program,
how to participate, and how to earn money by referring qualified foster parents
to the Home of the Innocents program.
TLC foster parents are an extended family of other parents and childcare professional
who provide a network of support, including:
* specialized preparation training
* access to on-going parent support groups
* access to on-going training
* 24-hour on-call assistance
* scheduled "free" time from fostering
* foster care reimbursement paid monthly.
Therapeutic Loving foster Care parents are considered individually, regardless
of marital status. The minimum requirements include being at least 21 years
of age, in reasonably good health, financially stable and having adequate living
space for children.
